Katrin discovered yoga when feeling the pressure from her job in IT and it transformed her life, improving strength and health and bringing peace of mind. Katrin is a certified and registered Yoga Alliance teacher (200 RYT). She has been practising for many years, she qualified in London. Her favourite yoga style is Dynamic Vinyasa, a wonderful combination of body movement, meditative music, rhythmic breathing and flow of asanas. “When I met Emma and heard about her inspiring life story and how she came to develop Kanga Yoga, and when I experienced the professionalism and warmth with which both Emma and Kanga Yoga Teacher, Davin, welcomed me to the Kanga team, it was clear that I had found my yoga family. I am very proud and happy to be part of their team, they are both amazing yoga practitioners and teachers.”
