Keren has been teaching community and general workshops for more than 10 years all over Europe, Africa and Latin America.  Keren has been delivering workshops focusing on yoga, movement and creativity in Tobago, Greece and the UK. Keren is a qualified Vinyasa yoga teacher and has been practicing Ashtanga and Hatha yoga for more than fifteen years. She is in training for Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy with the Karuna Institute, broadening her knowledge of meditation and mindfulness practice, which she often brings into her classes. When teaching, Keren holds the group in a nourishing and caring way. She makes stimulating connection between everyday life and the yoga practice, which encourages and inspires her students.  She is also passionate about assisting and adjusting her participants allowing them to grow and deepen their practice. Keren was drawn to Kanga Yoga due to its rigorous practice as well as attentive and spiritual style.  She loves the Kanga teachers’ approach of yoga beyond the postures and as a potential path for growth and healing. The global aspect of the company and its extensive work in Kenya and India resonates a great deal with Keren’s own work across the globe and her community projects: she is looking forward to contributing to the Kanga family and its students.
