JustineĀ Fleischner
Yoga Teacher
Justine’s yoga practice is focused on the emotional and physical benefits it brings to our daily lives, particularly for those facing work stress, tiredness, and fatigue. As a conflict analyst and researcher, Justine has spent over a decade working in countries affected by armed conflict to better understand the root causes of crisis and instability. Her yoga practice has grounded her and provided a space for mental and physical recovery that she hopes to share with others.
She was first drawn to Kanga Yoga on a retreat with Emma in Malawi as an incredibly well-rounded practice that provides time and space for flow, breath work, and deep relaxation. Justine is also a passionate equestrian and aims to incorporate yoga fundamentals to produce greater harmony and balance between horse and rider, including opening up tight muscles and relieving unconscious stored tension in the body, which horses are magnificent at anyway!
