CLASSES

Our classes are suitable for the complete beginner to the advanced practitioner. Integrating the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (the world’s oldest holistic healing system and sister science to yoga), we will work with you to develop a yoga practice that is truly therapeutic to your unique needs. Our teachers also incorporate a seasonal approach that considers climate, time of day, and time of year to bring balance and strength to your body and  mind. Kanga Yoga is an energetic, alignment‐based flow yoga practice using music, gravity and breath to rediscover and rejuvenate the body and mind. The practice is inspired by the teachings of Swami Sivananda, Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar and Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois.

PRIVATE OR GROUP CLASSES

One-to one personal courses or individual sessions can be booked with any of our teachers. Our private Kanga Yoga classes are tailored to your requirements and taught by our experienced yoga teachers.These sessions can be shared with friends also in the comfort of your own home, workplace, venue of your choice, or online. Your selected teacher will come equipped with yoga mats, yoga straps and blankets for you and/or your group. Private yoga sessions are an excellent way to give your body the attention it needs.
