Mindfulness Teacher
Hollie has been practicing mindfulness for over 11 years and qualified as a mindfulness teacher with the College Of Mindfulness in December 2022.
Hollie first explored mindfulness during a time where she felt burnt out and her mind and body needed her to slow down. Holly found that mindfulness helped her to slow down and create space between thoughts and feelings. This allowed Holly to feel fully present, and rather than living on automatic pilot, she was experiencing life, which felt like such a shift.

Holly has teamed up with some truly wonderful people including Emma from Kanga wellbeing.
Holly’s offerings include: courses for beginners, workshops in corporate settings, workshops in schools, 1:1 sessions for those who find group settings challenging, festivals, retreats, nature mandala workshops.
