Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, Lisa has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of her clients. Her bodywork style is nurturing and holistic. Lisa trained Cardiff Metropolitan University and graduated with BSC Complementary Health Care with practitioner Status. She studied in holistic massage, reflexology and aromatherapy. Later, Lisa also completed her Level 2 Reiiki with Lana Morris in South Wales and her deep tissue massage course at Bristol College Of Massage & Bodywork.
