Our sessions are tailored depending on the nutritional needs of the company. For example, the topic “Health, Sustainable Diets” can be delivered in a 45- minute workshop closed with a 30-minute demonstration.
During the workshop, our expert workshop leader will assess the environmental, social and health impacts related to the various steps in the food supply-chain, in the broader aim of defining what constitutes sustainable and healthy diets.
As a group, we determine how we can achieve a dietary pattern that provides us with the many nutrients we need for health, in appropriate amounts, but that is also equitable, affordable and sustainable.
Our expert workshop leader will share their ideas for healthy, affordable and sustainable meals and snacks in a cooking demonstration. After the demonstration, employees will be able to enjoy the “just demonstrated”
foods. Participants will leave with a handout and a suggested shopping list after the workshop.
