The essence of Sophie’s work is about supporting people in developing their inner potential, finding presence and inner peace from an embodied experience, using massage, energy work and breathwork.
Sophie has been working in Wellbeing since 2007, which is her passion. She offers Alchemy of Breath Breathwork, John Barnes Myofascial Release, Reiki, Meditation and different Massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Indian Head, Eastern Facial). Sophie is deeply passionate about sharing the benefits of using breathwork as a healing tool and empowering people to create wellbeing and healing for themselves..

Sophie offers online and inoperson programmes and workshops for groups. She also offer individual session combining breathing, touch, movement and energies to fully support healing and personal development. She works online and runs a busy practice in Hertfordshire.
