LIANA KONSTANTINIDOU
Yoga Teacher
Teaching yoga from the heart, Liana loves guiding people into connecting with their self, whilst learning how to find and listen to their inner teacher.
She believes in the self healing potential of every human being and her main aim in her classes is to hold a sacred space for transformation and growth to take place. Initially trained in the Pilates method, her curiosity led her to later explore movement through different somatic disciplines, like Yoga, Feldenkrais and Franklin method. Passionate about helping people become more aware of their self and fascinated by the uniqueness of each one of them, her focus is to increase their understanding on how their body is designed to move and to assist them in cultivating mindfulness, in order to reach a sense of inner balance on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Yoga is a beautiful tool to develop more self awareness as a means to expand the universal awareness and remember again the true purpose of our existence on this Earth. Deeply honouring our ancestors and those who have passed down all this wisdom and knowledge, she feels grateful every day for being able to spread her love for yoga and the possibilities it can create, in living this life in a more sacred and conscious way.
Liana completed her Kanga Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. She is excited to be part of the Kanga family, you will catch Liana sharing this beautiful practice, whilst teaching in festivals and retreats around the world.
